Rooted in Afrofuturism and speculative design, this project asked me to select an African culture and three of its artefacts, then reimagine them a century into the future and how they might address problems to come. I chose the Venda culture, illustrating how each artefact might evolve over the next 100 years before being sealed in a time capsule to be opened
a century later, in 2225.
